Our streamlined process ensures that every step of your landscaping project is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Here's how we work with you to bring your vision to life:

1. Contact Us - Fill out an inquiry on our website or give us a call on the telephone (910-352-2609)

2. Discuss Your Needs - with a brief conversation we can discuss your needs and our process and fees. 

3. Schedule On Site Consultation - Pick a day and time that all parties involved in the decision making process are available for at least 1 hour of undivided attention. The fee for an on-site consultation is $129.00.

4. The On Site Consultation - We will view areas specific to your project, discuss concepts and budgets. 

5. The Design Phase - Any project that requires a drawing to calculate the cost of a project moves into the design process. Creating a to-scale landscape design starts at $450.00 for up to 4 hours and then is $135 per hour after that. Cost includes meeting time and revision time on the drawing. Typically a design phase is 6-10 hours over a 3-6 week period. 

6. Installation Phase - Once the design is completed, an installation agreement will be created. Once you approve the agreement and pay the deposit (50%) your project is put on our schedule. Depending on the time of year our work log may be 2-8 weeks. We will be providing schedule updates regularly. 

7. Walk Through And Final Payment - As your project comes to a close, we will meet with you on-site to answer any questions and discuss any long term care for your project. At that time, we will present you with the invoice and collect the balance due.
